The Creative Team
Karin is a proud, born and raised Chicagoan. Knowing she wanted to pursue a career in the creative arts she majored in Graphic Design and got her BFA at Columbia College Chicago. After the birth of her daughter Evangeline (Evie) she started EV Photography as a family photographer. All it took was a friend to ask her to take their wedding photos for her to fall in love with the wedding industry. She went full time as a wedding photographer in 2016 and has never looked back! Now, Karin shoots weddings and engagements exclusively. "When I'm not working I'm spending quality time with my husband, Greg and my two kids, Evangeline & Liam.

Jeff Myers
Jeff is Chicagoland native with his wife Faith and 2 kids, Amelia and Jett. After marrying his wife and living in LA , which he calls his year-long honeymoon, his love for photography began. Jeff began associate shooting with EVP in 2017 and has since become part of the team full time as a Lead photographer in 2022. "I am a musician at heart and that allows me to take what I hear and create something audibly beautiful. But it’s my photography that allows me to SEE something beautiful." When he's not working he's either writing, playing, or producing music, and hanging out with his friends and family.
• FAVORITE DRINK: I am always looking for the next best IPA.
• FAVORITE SNACK: Reese’s.
• FAVORITE TV SHOW: The Office.
• FAVORITE GENRE OF MUSIC: The vibe of the day changes this answer often.
• ONE WORD THAT DESCRIBES YOU: Chill...I try not to get too worked up about anything.
• FAVORITE CITY: It’s a tie between San Clemente and Huntington Beach. They have some of the best surfing in the world, the food is incredible and that’s where we spent most of our time when we lived in LA.
