Heritage Prairie Farm

We have been wanting to highlight our favorite venues (both in the Suburbs and in the City) for a while now, and we are happy to see this series finally come to life! It is only fitting that we begin with our favorite, Heritage Prairie Farm. We have had the privilege of shooting many weddings here, and it is an amazing example of an all inclusive, outdoor venue. 

Located in Elburn, IL, The Farm has been hosting weddings for over ten years! We have learned over the years, from both our couples and from being onsite, that the staff is excellent at creating a warm, fun and unique environment for your guests. Attention to detail is everything, and that is evident in the execution of these beautiful barn and garden weddings. Their chef creates a menu with the freshest, seasonal ingredients from their Certified Organic Farm and uses local grocers and breweries to give you an UNMATCHED farm-to-table experience served family style.

Another aspect we love is that access is also available for engagement sessions! Talk about a full circle moment when you look back at your photos! If you are looking for a venue to allow nature to be your backdrop, this location is IT. From the vintage farmhouse furniture and props, to unique dishes and cups, the details in your photos will be as unique as our couples are! 

One of our favorite spaces at HPF is their new bridal suite. It’s a perfect space for you and your wedding party to get ready, sip champagne and enjoy getting pampered. We also love that no matter the weather, rain or shine, Summer or Fall, the Farm has multiple accommodating spaces that allow for AMAZING Photography.
