Some wedding days feel like they were written in the stars—and Courtney and Cam’s fall wedding in Chicago was exactly that. From a meaningful proposal on the 18th green to heartfelt vows at a historic downtown church, their day was a stunning blend of personal history, timeless elegance, and playful, personality-packed moments that made it entirely their own.

A Proposal on the Green

Golf has long been a shared love for both Courtney and Cam—though rumor has it that Courtney’s got the better swing. So it was fitting that Cam proposed at the very place where his future in-laws celebrated their wedding reception over 30 years ago: the 18th green at the Hinsdale Golf Club. That full-circle moment was just one of many thoughtful nods to family and tradition throughout their celebration.

Chic, Stylish, and So Very Them

From the moment wedding planning began, Courtney and Cam were clear on two things: they wanted a wedding that was fashion-forward and a photography approach that felt both timeless and artistic. From Tooth Cake to Touchdowns

As much as Courtney and Cam love a tailored suit and statement shoe, they also know how to have fun. Cam is a dentist currently in orthodontic school, so naturally, Courtney surprised him with a tooth themed cake at the reception—an unexpected and hilarious highlight that had everyone laughing (and snapping photos).
The reception itself was filled with heart and high energy, reflecting their shared love of sports. Fun fact: Courtney runs her own fantasy football team and definitely holds her own in sports talk. These two are the kind of couple who can dress to the nines for a wedding and then spend Sunday yelling at the TV over a close game.
